Online Registration ONLY for the Jingle Bell Beach Run:

• REGISTER ONLINE NOW | *Online registration closes on Friday, 12/19, at 2:00 PM (HST).

• Late Registration is available in-person during packet pickup on Saturday, 12/20 (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) – at Coconut Grove Marketplace (On a grassy lawn area).

• *ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES FRIDAY, 12/19 at 2:00 PM HST.

• *Registration IS NOT AVAILABLE on race day (12/21).

2025 Registration Fees (5K All Ages):

• $40 (Early Bird Pricing) 8/1 through 8/31

• $45 - 9/1 through 10/31

• $50 - 11/1 through 11/30

• $55 - 12/1 through 12/19

• $60 (12/20) 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (during packet pickup only)

NO. ONLINE REGISTRATION closes 12/19 (2:00 PM).

Packet Pickup will be available from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Saturday, 12/20 at Coconut Grove Marketplace (on grassy lawn area).

Late In-Person registration will also be available during packet pickup (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) on Saturday, 12/20.

Packet pickup and Bib Numbers can be picked up at Coconut Grove Marketplace on Ali’i Drive between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Saturday, 12/20.

*Bib numbers can also be picked up by family members or friends who bring verified participant information to Coconut Grove on Saturday, 12/20. Organizers will not be responsible for lost Bib Numbers or for participants who allowed family or friends to pick up Bib Numbers on their behalf.

No, sorry. All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Yes. Contact Big Island Running Company (808-327-9333) and ask about their “Couch to 5-K” training program.

No. We generally order just enough quantities for all participants – based on the sizes specified during registration. Register by 11/30 to be guaranteed a race shirt and size. Race shirts and specific sizes will not be guaranteed for registrations after 11/30.
